  • If you receive certificates regarding vendors, contractors or tenants, you may register as a "Certificate Holder" and you may register subsidiaries or other business units. You may also register users with restricted permissions.
  • If you issue certificates for your Insureds, you will register as an "Agent," (includes brokers and direct-writing insurers). If you have multiple offices, register each office separately to keep the Insureds more manageable.
